StyleValues throws NullReferenceException when created using default constructor and animated
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "UIElements.zip"
2. Open "Quick Tool" (Quick Tool > Open)
Expected result: "Quick Tool" window background color is animated and changing to red
Actual result: "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error is thrown in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.11f1, 2021.1.10f1, 2021.2.0a19
Could not test with: 2018.4.35f1 (compilation errors)
Notes:
- Comment line 46 then uncomment line 48 in Assets/Editor/QuickTools.cs and repeat step 2 to see the expected result
