Navigating the scene using WASD keys causes stuttering
While navigating through the screen view using right mouse button and WASD, little stuttering is visible. Movement stops for a moment and then continues.
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project
2. Open scene view
3. Navigate through the scene with WASD + mouse
Expectation: smooth movement
Result: movement not smooth, stopping for a moment
Reproduced on: 5.4.0p1, 5.5.2f1, 5.6.0b1, 5.6.0b10, 2017.1.0a2.
