"Streaming mipmaps priority" field description is not readable in inspector
"Streaming mipmaps priority" field displays incomplete information in inspector.
Steps to reproduce :
1) Import any texture.
2) Select the texture and in inspector enable Streaming mipmaps.
3) Observe that "streaming mipmaps priority" field displays incomplete information.
Reproducible on: 2018.2.a1
Environment: Occurs both on Windows and Mac
Note: Streaming mipmaps feature was introduced in 2018.2.a1
