[StickyNotes] Fit To Text is not working
Repro steps:
1. Create a new sticky note
2. Add around 10 words
3. Resize the note on the side
4. Right click and select "Fit To Text"
5. Observe how the sticky note is not changing its size to fit the text.
Note:
- pretty sure this used to work, so marked as a regression, but left the priority to 7 as it's a very minor issue
