[Transparency] Cutout baked material incorrectly tints lightmap behind it
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open project "740898_repro.zip"
2. Open scene "repro" and let Baked GI auto build
3. Notice one of the planes is black
(https://gyazo.com/0292bbee4924b6e4b0944cd66638f8e2)
4. Move the top-most plane over the white smaller plane and let Baked GI auto re-build. Notice that the other plane is now black
(https://gyazo.com/24d209ff2fa3b56a6c941e3e28d3aaca)
5. Turning off "static" option for any currently affected/affecting plane diminishes the issue.
Expected results - no changes in color.
Tested on Win10
Reproducible in: 5.0.3f2, 5.2.2p3, 5.3.0f1
Notes: This is presented as amplified version of the bug. Using multiple light sources and textures merely changes the shade/color of the object (still noticeably)
