States in the Animator window are not framed when pressing F on the keyboard
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "Test_animator"
2. Open "Assets/New Animator Controller"
3. Select one of the States in the Animator Controller
4. Press F on the keyboard
Expected result: The selected State is centered in the middle of Animator window
Actual result: Animator window shows an empty space
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.3f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.0a17, 2021.2.4f1, 2022.1.0a15
Notes:
- the grid background in the Animator shows up only in parts of the Window
- selecting multiple States and trying to frame them sometimes breaks Box Selection tool
