Standard shader sample from LightProbeProxyVolume creates seams between neighboring meshes
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open "LightprobeVolumeSampling.zip" attached project
2. Observe one line of blocks use "Blend Probes" and the other use "Proxy Volume" Light probes
3. Make sure camera is set to Deferred
4. The Proxy Volume probe blocks have strange lighting on the edges making visible seams
Expected: Lighting from the edge of one object to the other should follow a uniform transition
Actual: Strange lighting intensity near the edges
Reproduced on 5.5.4p1, 5.6.2f1, 2017.1.0b1, 2017.1.0b7, 2017.1.0b10
Notes: LPPV showed up as being unsupported on 5.6.2p1, 2017.1.0f1, 2017.2.0b1
