Standard Shader loaded from Asset Bundle loses transparency in Game View
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'Transparent Shader Asset Bundle Issue.zip' project
2. Open 'SampleScene' Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Select 'Transparent Cube From Bundle (Clone)' GameObject and notice that Rendering Mode is set to Transparent in the Inspector
Expected result: 'Transparent Cube From Bundle' GameObject is transparent in Game View when it is loaded from Asset Bundle
Actual result: 'Transparent Cube From Bundle' GameObject's material loses transparency in Game View when it is loaded from Asset Bundle
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a17
Couldn't test: 2017.4.35f1, 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.17f1 due serialization and 'D3D shader blob is empty' errors
Notes:
- Video of reproduction attached in Edit
- Reproducible on macOS, Windows Editor, not reproducible on player build

The bug also affects builds, so it's not a small bug.
