How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "Example.zip" project
2. Open the "samplescene" Scene
3. Observe the left GameObject's shadow (with Shader Graph Material) in the Scene view
Expected result: GameObject's shadow (with Shader Graph Material) is solid in the Scene view
Actual result: GameObject's shadow (with Shader Graph Material) breaks when moving the Scene view Camera close to the shadow
Reproducible with: 8.2.0 (2020.1.14f1), 9.0.0-preview.13 (2020.2.0b5)
Not reproducible with: 9.0.0-preview.33 (2020.2.0b5), 10.2.0 (2020.2.0b13, 2021.1.0a7)
Could not test with: 7.5.1 (2019.4.15f1) - Due to errors when downgrading
