[Standalone] Unity doesn't give a proper error message on build & run, if app is already running
Reproduction steps:
1. Build & run any project to Windows Standalone.
2. While app is running, build & run it again
3. Fails with Fatal error message window:
"Missing 'app.info' in Data folder"
