Standalone player can not be launched with -force -vulkan if Auto Graphics API is marked
Reproduction steps:
1. Download project attached.
2. Build standalone player and make sure that Auto Graphics API is marked.
3. Open player with "-force -vulkan".
Expected result: Game will be launched.
Actual result: Error "InitializeEngineGraphics failed" appear.
Workaround: Build game without Auto Graphics API marked.
Notes: Even that DirectX12 is also marked as "Experimental", but it can be forced even if game is built with Auto Graphics API marked
Reproduced on: 5.6.2f1, 5.6.2p2, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0b3.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It is not possible since we need additional set of shaders specifically compiled for Vulkan and that would increase project size. Since that is not needed by default, we are saving project size and if there is a need for this feature make sure to select Vulkan as one of graphics API.
