[Standalone Build] Player is not running in windowed mode when Resolution Fullscreen Mode is set to Windowed
The Standalone Player is built with full screen, even though Fullscreen Mode was selected as windowed
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new project or open existing one
2. Go to File > Build Settings > Player Settings
3. Change FullScreen Mode to Windowed
4. Display Resolution Dialog > Disabled
5. Resizable Window > true
6. Build and Run
Expected Result:
Build runs on Windowed mode
Actual Result:
Build runs on Fullscreen mode
Reproducible on:
2019.3.0a8, 2019.2.0b8, 2019.2.0a14, 2019.1.0f2
Working fine on:
2018.3.0f2, 2019.2.0a1- 2019.2.0a13
Environment: Occurs only on Windows 10
