[Crash Handler] Standalone Build freezes at startup
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "3dTest.zip" project
2. Build Standalone player
3. Launch Build
Expected Result: Build launches
Actual Result: Build freezes
Fixed in: 2019.2.0a11
Reproduced with: 2018.1.0f2 and up
Did not reproduce on: 2017.4.1f1 and down
Note:
Could be related to Intel GPUs (Intel HD Graphics card 530 or 620)
Theoretically, removing Crash Handler resolves the issue
