Standalone build does not launch if the build name contains a semicolon
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Build it by including ";" in it's title (e.g. t;est)
3. Try to launch the build
Expected result: build launches
Actual result: build does nothing
Reproduced on 5.4.5f1, 5.5.2p2 5.6.0f1, 2017.1.0a3
