Standalone build crashes when custom shader with local keywords and Standard shader as fallback is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '1258697-crash-custom-shader.zip' project
2. Build and Run the "test_standard" Scene for standalone
3. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2019.3.16f1, 2019.4.2f1, 2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a13, 2020.2.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1, 2019.3.15f1, 2020.2.0b12, 2020.2.0a12
Notes:
- Player logs of Mac and Windows are attached in Edit
- Couldn't test iOS build due to errors that fail the build
- Reproduces on Windows, macOS; not reproducible in Editor
- Reproducible with DX11, Metal, OpenGL Core
