[WindowsStandalonStandalone build crashes at "build.exe!PlayerMainWndProc" when using Application.Quit() on exclusive fullscreen
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build and run it (make sure you launch it in exclusive fullscreen)
3. Press spacebar to call Application.Quit()
Build crashes
Note:
The crash is most likely caused by something inside the "ProjectSettings" folder as deleting it solves the issue
Copying the folder to other projects and using Application.Quit() produces the same issue
Reproduced on: 5.6.0a1, 5.5.0b10, 5.4.2p2, 5.3.6p7
