[Stacks] Newly added master stack nodes have separators that should not be there
Repro steps:
1. Create a new "Blank Shader Graph" and open it
2. Add "Universal" or "HDRP" to the targets
Expected result: newly added stack nodes look correct
Actual result: they have a separator and the right side of the stack node is darker (see attached image)
