SSLStream AuthenticateAsClient Fails On Some Domains

Networking

-

SSL Stream fails to authenticate as client on some domains. It might be that SSL Stream does not support TLS.

To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. In "Test.cs" comment line #21 and uncomment line #26 to see that it works for a firebase wss
3. In the same script uncomment line #21 and comment line #26

Desired outcome: The connection is negotiated and the certificate is checked on both domains.
Actual result: The connection to domain "wss://echo.websocket.org/?encoding=text" fails before the certificate is even checked.

Workaround: enabling SSLv2 or connection to "ws" instead of "wss" (without https)

Reproduced with 5.4.5p1, 5.5.3p1, 5.6.0f3, 2017.1.0a6

Some domains need to be authenticated before the use of the clients to give them good feedback. Similarly, you can opt for https://www.bestessay.org/bestessays_review.php the reference that has all the steps to make it beneficial.
