[SRP] Trail and Line Renderers have a Rendering Layer Mask property
A Rendering Layer Mask property is visible on the trail and line renderers.
(This property probably need to be added to `DrawPropertiesExcluding`, in the inspectors for these 2 renderers.)
Repro steps:
1. Create a line or trail renderer
2. Observe the property in the inspector
