[SRP] Selection Outline is gone and spamming depth surface error in console
Steps:
1. Open attached project (CRT_URP.zip)
2. Open Master scene
3. On SceneView, select any cube
4. Observe there is no orange outline and observe console there is spamming error:
Dimensions of color surface does not match dimensions of depth surface
