[SRP][M1] Empty Render Texture parts are rendered in Magenta in the project's Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "minimap.zip"
2. Open the minimap Scene and enter Play mode
3. Observe that there are no magenta-colored textures at the bottom left corner of the screen
4. Build and Launch the Player
5. Observe the left corner of the screen
Expected results: The Player behaves identically to the Editor's Play mode and there are no magenta-colored textures rendered
Actual results: The Player draws the render texture partially in magenta
Reproducible with: 7.5.3, 7.6.0(2019.4.26f1)
Not reproducible with: 10.2.0(2020.2.0b14), 10.5.0(2020.3.8f1), 11.0.0(2021.1.7f1), 12.0.0(2021.2.0a17)
Could not test with: 2018.4.35f1(SRP was in early preview), 10.1.0(Player crashes on launch when built with 2020.2.0b13 and earlier)
Notes:
1. Does not reproduce with Legacy renderer.
2. Reproducible with URP and HDRP
3. Does not occur on non-M1 powered machines. Tested with Mac mini (2018) with an Intel CPU as well as a Windows10 machine
4. Does not occur in the Editor
