[SRP-HD] High Definition pipeline fails to drive Vive HMD
On a Windows PC, Play mode in the Editor fails to render a simple scene into the Vive HMD when the High Definition Render pipeline is used, regardless of which stereo mode is chosen. (Multi-Pass Stereo and Single-Pass Stereo show camera tracking in Game view, however.)
