[SRP] Game View and Camera Preview shows Blank image after project containing Havok Physics package is loaded
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new HDRP or URP template project
2. Open the Package Manager and import the Havok Physics package
3. Observe Game view
Expected result: The sample Scene can be observed
Actual result: Game view shows a blank image
Reproducible with: 2019.1.11f1, 2019.2.10f1, 2019.3.0b7, 2020.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.33f1, 2018.4.11f1, 2019.1.10f1(Havok Physics package was not available)
Package versions tested: 5.7.2, 6.9.1, 7.1.2
Notes:
1. Reproducible with URP and HDRP
2. Entering Play mode temporarily fixes the issue, however, once the project is re-started the issue re-appears
