[SRP] Custom SRP doesn't work in the Standalone Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the repro project attached in comment
2. Observe the Game View
3. Build the Project and open the Build
4. Observe the differences
Expected result: Both the build and the Editor look the same
Actual result: The custom SRP doesn't work in the Standalone Build
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.2.0b8, 2018.1.4f1
