Color doesn't get applied to the ProBuilder asset's vertex in HDRP and LWRP project.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a project using the HDRP/LWRP template.
2. Go to Window > Package Manager > ProBuilder > Install.
3. Right-click in project window > Create > Scene.
4. Go to > Tools > ProBuilder Window and dock it.
5. Press ctrl+k/cmd+k (for mac) on the keyboard to create a cube.
6. Click the Vertex icon in the Edit Mode toolbar.
7. Select any vertex of the cube.
8. Click on Vertex Color in the toolbar (docked ProBuilder Window).
9. Click Apply.
Actual result:
Color doesn't get applied to the vertex in HDRP and LWRP template project.
Expected result:
Color gets applied to the vertex.
Reproducible in: 2019.3.0a2, 2019.2.0b1, 2019.1.0f2, 2018.3.0f2, 2018.1.9f2
