[SRP] Camera.SetReplacementShader() does not work
To reproduce:
1. Open repro project
2. Play 'DemoScene' scene
Expected: camera shader will be replaced
Actual: shader is not applied
Reproduced: 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.3f1, 2018.1.2f1, 2018.2.0b5
Not reproducible 2017.1.4f1, 2017.2.3f1 due to compiler errors
Note: shader is applied in TransparentAssetPipe.cs
