[SpriteSheet][Packing] Spritesheet colors are not consistent between packed and not
Repro steps:
1) Open my attached project SpriteSheetColor
2) Select the Hero_SpriteSheet
3) Make sure Packing Tag is set
4) Open in Sprite Editor and notice the colors
5) Close the Sprite Editor, delete Packing Tag and Apply
6) Open Sprite Editor and notice the colors are a little bit different(look at screenshots)
Expected: Colors are consistent between packed and not
Reproduced in: 5.4.0b11; 5.3.4p1; 5.2.4f1
