[Spriteshape] Spriteshape Component cause 20-25% CPU usage increase when Scene View is open
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "SampleScene" Scene in the attached "spriteshape.zip" Project
2. Make sure Scene View is open and visible
3. Compare CPU usage when the scene is open and closed
Expected Behavior: The CPU usage is similar both times
Actual Behavior: When Scene View is open CPU usage increases by 20-25%
Reproducible with(Unity Versions): 2019.4.5f1, 2020.1.0f1, 2020.2.0a19
Reproducible with(Package Versions): 3.0.12, 5.0.0
Not reproducible with(Package Versions): 1.0.14
Not reproducible with(Unity Versions): 2018.4.26f1

I have also had this issue. However, updating to version 3.0.13 has fixed the issue.
