Sprites in the Sprite Editor are not sliced unless Apply/Revert buttons were used before slicing
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1129036"
2. Open the "First_Sprite" in the Sprite Editor
3. Try to slice the Sprite
Expected result: The Sprite is sliced
Actual result: The Sprite is not sliced
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.21f1, 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0b4, 2019.2.0a5
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a6
Workaround:
After clicking the Slice button user must click Revert or Apply and then re-slice sprite
