Sprites don't work with substance materials
Using a sprite with a substance material and a standard shader does not work. Selecting the cutout or transparent option generates a correct preview of the sprite, but when deselected the sprite background reappears.
Using a sprite shader does not have any effect from the substances.
In 4.5.2f1 the cutout shaders can work together with substances.
