Sprites don't support shaders with normal mapping
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Test". It contains a mesh renderer and a sprite with the same material and shader set to "transparent/cutout/bumped diffuse". Two lights are also present. The mesh renderer responds do the lights while the sprite renderer does not
