[SpritePacker] Using Tight Rotate Enabled Sprite Packer policy results in corrupted UV coordinates in play mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "rot_bug_repro"
3. Open sprite packer window
4. Set sprite packer policy to Default
5. Run scene and notice that sprites are rendered correctly
6. Stop the scene and open sprite packer window again
7. Set policy to tight rotate enabled
8. Run scene again and after sprites are packed, notice that result view is different than previously (and corrupted)

not fixed in 5.6.3p3 pro, using unity new Ui (sprite mode single , mesh tight)
