SpriteAtlas interlacing corruption on some of the RGB Formats
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Play the scene
3. Notice the interlacing corruption
Expected result: SpriteAtlas variant should display correctly with all of the given formats
Actual: Image displays corrupted with strange interlacing with a few exceptions, such as DXT5
Reproduced in: 2017.3.0b3, 2017.2.0f2, 2017.1.0b4
