Sprite shader can't change parameter in inspector
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open test scene
3. Select Button_template object in hierarchy
4. Change tiling values in inspector
5. Notice that tiling changes affects sprite, but tiling values always stays the same. Also, setting tiling back to 1 doesn't affect sprite.
