[Sprite Packer] Atlas turns blue after packing when using Mobile platforms for the Editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Go to File > Build Settings and change Platform to iOS or Android.
3. Go to Window > 2D > Sprite Packer or Windows > Sprite Packer and click Pack.
Actual behavior (Actual vs expected screenshots attached):
- Sprites will tint blue.
Reproduced with:
2018.1.4f1, 2018.2.0b7, 2018.3.0a1
Not reproducible with:
2017.4.5f1
