Sprite packer atlas and original textures are included in build if textures are put into MaterialPropertyBlock
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Switch to android platform
3. Build only scene1
4. Build only scene2
Actual results: scene1 build is larger by ~7mb because original textures get built-in
Expected results: same build size where only atlas is included
Reproduced on: 5.4.3f1, 5.5.
