Sprite Editor - Position and Border fields are not displayed when a sprite is selected
When a sprite is selected in the Sprite Editor and it's details are shown in the Sprite panel, the Border and Position fields will not be displayed correctly. The field labels will be drawn under the Pivot field label, and the actual fields themselves will not be shown at all.
1. Open Unity
2. Open the attached project
3. Select any sprite in the Project View and open it in the Sprite Editor
4. Select the sprite in the Sprite Editor and inspect the Sprite panel
Expected Result:
All fields in the sprite panel are displayed correctly.
Actual Result:
Not all fields will be displayed correctly.
Tested on Windows.
Reproduced on 2019.3.0a3
Cannot Reproduce on 2019.2.0b3, 2019.3.0a2
