[Sprite Editor] Cannot change Sprite Polygon side count
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (New Unity Project.zip)
2. Open Polygon.png in Sprite Editor
3. Press "Change Shape"
4. Enter any other number than the current one
5. Press "Change" and then "Apply"
Expected result: Sprite polygon changes the number of sides
Actual result: Sprite polygon doesn't change the number of sides
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0a6, 2018.1.2f1,2018.2.0a1, 2018.2.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2017.1.04f1, 2017.2.3f1, 2017.4.4f1, 2018.1.0a1, 2018.1.0a5, 2018.2.0b3, 2018.2.0b5
