Sprite doubles in size in Build when "Generate Mip Maps" is enabled in Texture Import Settings
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "SampleScene" Scene in the user's attached project
2. In File > Build Settings make sure that the "SampleScene" Scene is added in Scenes in Build
3. Build and Run
4. Observe speedometer Sprite in Build
Expected result: Sprite size is the same as in the Game view
Actual result: Sprite size doubles in size compared with the Game view
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a20, 2020.3.26f1, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b3, 2022.2.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.1.0a19
