Sprite Atlases can't be loaded when pre-loading them, then switching scenes, unloading the Sprite Atlases and trying to load them again
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user project
2. Open Scene “Startup“ (Assets/Scenes)
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Press “UP“ twice, “SPACE”, “DOWN“ twice, and “UP“ twice on the keyboard
Expected result: Sprite Atlas “B2_11a“ is loaded
Actual result: Sprite Atlas “B2_11a“ isn’t loaded
Reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a12

Resolution Note:
In such cases, Sprites that are instantiated through GetSprite already has the Atlas properly bound to them. So the textures will be set properly when they are loaded.
