'Sprite Atlas packing is disabled...' information message overlaps with 'Object for Packing' list in Sprite Atlas asset
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new Unity project
2. In Project window create a Sprite Atlas
3. Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: 'Objects for Packing' list does not overlap with information message ('Sprite Atlas packing is disabled...')
Actual result: 'Objects for Packing' list overlaps with information message ('Sprite Atlas packing is disabled...')
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a12, 2019.3.0b3, 2020.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.8f1, 2019.2.5f1, 2019.3.0a11
Full information message: 'Sprite Atlas packing is disabled. Enable it in Edit > Project Settings > Editor.'
