[Sprite Atlas] Null reference on selecting sprite atlas during/after play mode
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached Project
2. Hit the Run button
3. Select The Sprite Atlas in the project window
Expected Result: Sprite atlas is selected and no error is thrown in the console
Observed Result: Null Reference Error on selecting the sprite atlas
Reproducible On: 2019.2.0b4
Not Reproducible On: 2019.3.0a3, 2019.2.0b3
