Spot Light passes through object without casting a shadow at certain angles
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted Project and open the "TestScene"
2. Observe the Game View
Expected result: The wall prevents the light from passing through
Actual result: At certain angles, the light ignores the wall and passes through it

Resolution Note:
Please use the suggested workaround suggested. In the new scriptable renderloops (HDRP, LWRP) this problem is fixed with a better biasing system.
