[Splines Package] splines bound container is incorrectly calculated as it uses the splines elements but not the splines itself
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. In the Hierarchy find and select “Regular Point” Game Object
3. Inspect the Scene view
Expected result: Spline calculated and drawn within bounds
Actual result: Spline goes out of bounds
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-pre.8 (2021.3.7f1), 1.0.1 (2022.1.11f1), 2.0.0-pre.2 (2022.1.11f1, 2022.2.0b3, 2023.1.0a4)
Could not test with: 2020.3.37f1 - compilation errors (see screenshot attached)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
