Spline.SetKnotNoNotify invokes change callbacks when the manual states otherwise
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “Splines Bugs” project
2. Open the “Splines” Scene
3. Select the “Splines” GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Click the “Move Knots” button in the Inspector
Expected result: No message appear in the Console log
Actual result: OnSplineChanged() is triggered and “A Spline changed” message appears in the Console log
Reproducible with: 2.1.0 (2021.3.14f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0f1, 2023.1.0a20)
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1 (not compatible)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0 (Intel)
