Splash screen flickers when triggered from script in Windows and MacOS Standalone player.
To Reproduce:
1 - Open the API TEST scene
2 - Build and run scene for Windows Standalone or MacOS Standalone.
3 - The splash screen displays via the default method, then again via scripting once the scene loads.
Actual result: The splash screen flickers when shown via the 2nd method. The effect is more pronounced when using DX12.
Expected: Both methods display splash normally.
Reproducible with: 2017.2.0f2, 2017.1.1p4, 5.6.4p1, 5.5.4p3
Does not reproduce on Android.
