SpeedTree importer fails to import .st files when path to the project includes a special character
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Select the “Pine_B/Pine_B.st” Asset in the Project window
3. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: “InvalidCastException: Specified cast is not valid.” and “File couldn't be read.” errors are thrown
Reproducible with: 2021.3.8f1, 2022.3.50f1, 6000.0.23f1, 2021.3.44f1

Note:
- The issue seems to reproduce when there is a special character in Asset’s path. In this reproduction, “é” was used.
