SpeedTree error is thrown when Rendering Layers for Lights are enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No error is thrown
Actual result: “Instancing: Property 'unity_RenderingLayer' shares the same constant buffer offset with 'unity_LODFade'“ is thrown
Reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.19f1, 2023.2.9f1, 2023.3.0b6
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
