Specific project crashes with "Terrain::UpdateSplatMaterials" when duplicating a prefab
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project from the link "Case_1302424"
2. Open "06Liquors" scene
3. In the Hierarchy window open Environment-> Objects
4. Select "Car_red" and press CTR+D
Expected results: Prefab is duplicated
Actual results: Crash
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0b9, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.17f1, 2020.2.0b8
