Sometimes users aren't able to download Tutorial Projects when using Unity Hub
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Navigate to Learn section
3. Select Tutorial Projects
4. Try to download any project
5. See error: "Cannot get the package size for <project name>"
Reproducible with: Unity Hub 1.6.2 and v2.0 beta 4
Actual results: server issue disrupts the download process of Tutorial Projects, URL is invalid
Expected results: users should be able to download Tutorial Projects

unity 2.4.4 and 2.4.5 both doing this using 2020.3 and 2019.4 -
